Please note: We do not send free replacement springs anymore if you have snapped yours. The springs are left in their cutting position from when they leave our shop and are tested to ensure they are defect free before you receive them. If the spring has snapped, the cause will be from bending the spring or putting unnecessary stress on the spring. It is manufactured to work as it is made and does not need readjusting. This is what causes this to happen and therefore not a defect or product issue and does not warrant a replacement or refund for this reason. If the springs are left in their cutting position, this will never happen.
